Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Charge Mommy Books LLC is not responsible for the shipping cost of returned items and will not issue a refund until item has been received. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
In the case of a preorder returns must processed within 30 days of shipment by Charge Mommy Books.
Please include your name, email, phone number, and original order number with your return. We also suggest you retain a copy of the tracking number for your return for reference.
A full refund of the purchase price will typically be refunded to the original payment method (minus any transaction fees that are incurred as a result of the return). If we are unable to issue a refund through the original method of payment, a store credit will be issued instead.
