Charge Mommy Books

Last year I wrote a grant for the Charge into Reading Books. My students were so successful with these , when I saw the new books coming out I immediately pre ordered them! My students are doing amazing with these books! I love the new additional books! It allows them more time to confidently practice in short vowel cvc books before moving on to blends and digraphs. I highly recommend these to any primary teacher or parent.

I love these books— they’re great for our kindergarten book bins and also great for beginning readers! Homeschool families, kinder teachers, parents, and interventionist could all benefit from a set!

I love this set so much! As a second grade teacher, I am always looking for highly engaging books that are accessible to my readers. These were exactly what we needed. I actually grabbed two sets so that I could use these for partner reading with the whole class. The organization, academic vocabulary, and gorgeous photographs set these apart from other decodables we have used. I highly recommend them to all!

WOW! We are so happy with this purchase! These are bright, engaging and right on point as decodables! Students are truly enjoying these and they align perfectly with OG or UFLI . It's nice to have a book to hold instead of just a passage. These are a big hit! Thank you so much!

The teachers at my site are so pleased with these decodables. They are true decodables with the added bonus of activities at the end as well as a story line to promote discussion and comprehension as well. So pleased with these books!

We have had these books for over a year now. They have been read by many kids in our school and they love the. The books have held up well too! Our students do take them home in book bags too each night and they have come back read! Kids are motivated to not only read them but take care of them too!

We have loved the single vowel CVC set and are so excited to have this mixed shorted vowel CVC set now to use with our intervention students. Thank you for the colorful pictures, cute stories and making decodable text interesting for our students! The supporting materials are fantastic too. My students love working through the materials as independent work!

I am so impressed with these decodable books. I have purchased many different sets for my Title I reading groups through the years, but these are by far superior! The rich vocabulary presented in the books makes the stories interesting for the students (and me!) and is a great way to develop their vocabulary/knowledge while learning to read. I use UFLI for my instruction and these books follow the scope and sequence perfectly! Highly recommend!!

My students love reading these non-fiction decodables! They align well with the UFLI scope and sequence. Some decodables have words that my students are not able to decode yet, but these have very few words with unknown skills. Highly recommend!
